Ms Franz contributes to the organisational development of the DZHW in the area of human resources. The medium-term goal is to establish the Human Resource Strategy for Researchers (HRS4R) for the DZHW along the guidelines of the European Commission. As a result of this process, the terms and conditions for recruitment, qualification, research activity and career, transnational mobility and equal opportunities shall be designed in accordance with the HRS4R principles. With this perspective, Ms Franz steers in-house projects such as continuous and vocational training management, and onboarding measures.
