Research Center for Interdisciplinary and Federal Comparison of german Higher Education Law

The research center is testing a research structure for interdisciplinary and federal comparison of german higher education law. The function of the research center is to systematically prepare and analyze the federal system of higher education law, which is a key feature of the Federal Republic of Germany. For the first time, the research center will compile an annotated synopsis of all 16 higher education laws. The synoptic-comparative explanation of the state higher education acts will initially be exemplified by means of three specific thematic contexts.
