HEADS - Higher Education Analytical Data System - is a sustainable, flexible and expandable digital reporting system that makes the DZHW's survey results and education indicators accessible on the web. As an infrastructure project for the DZHW's digital reporting, HEADS is located at the interface between social science-based data collection projects and information science-based processing and provision of the data.
The HEADS information system is aimed at decision-makers in higher education and science policy at federal and state level, at universities that participate in DZHW survey studies. At the same time, it makes survey results and findings available to an interested specialist public and enables their use for further research.
The HEADS information system offers
- Survey results according to survey-specific topics and questions
- Interactive dashboards with various filter options according to selected characteristics (e.g. gender, educational background, migration)
- Clear visualizations as graphics and tables, also available for download
